Off to Pasadena

We went to Pasadena on last week and while we didn't bring home a national championship it was still a great trip. Max had his first plane rides and was a champ the whole way! Dino came up and spent the day with him while we went to the game, which was awesome. They took naps and went to the park, send me those pictures Dino! He also got to go to Disneyland and WOW did he enjoy that. Wide eyed the whole time, we had a great time on rides like Mr Toad's Wild Ride, the Carousel, and Snow White. He chilled in his stroller and had a great day.

Good times! We enjoyed our first Christmas and it turned out to be a white one!! Bruce enjoyed the snow the most I think.

Max in Action

So he's wicked fast with his army crawl. Not sure if he gets to the real thing or goes straight to walking. He loves to pull up to standing - the bonks to the head will attest to that. But he's definitely mobile!

Thanksgiving 2009

We had a terrific time in the NC mountains with the family. Max's Great Grandma was even there to meet him. The only person missing of course was Dino. But we had a loooong 16-hour drive up and Max slept thru most of it, we drove overnight. But he got out of the car with a smile and managed to stay on schedule, and therefore with his usually sunny disposition all weekend! The cabin was awesome, lots of room for everyone with a pool table, air hockey and darts plus huge decks on two of the three levels. We all brought too much food, not enough booze, and had a wonderful time catching up.
